Overview

Fresher IT BD provides custom digital services including website development, ecommerce platforms, SaaS applications, AI automation, branding, SEO, domain registration assistance, web hosting, and VPS setup. Because most deliverables are custom and often involve third-party costs, refunds are handled on a milestone basis as described below.

This policy is provided for transparency and does not create legal guarantees beyond what is agreed in your specific service agreement or invoice.

Digital service nature

Custom development, design, configuration, and consulting work begins once project scope, timeline, and payment terms are accepted. Time, resources, and third-party services may be committed immediately after work starts.

Project milestones

  • Projects are typically divided into agreed milestones (discovery, design, development, deployment, support)
  • Payments linked to completed milestones are generally non-refundable for work already delivered
  • If a project is cancelled by the client, fees for completed milestones and work-in-progress may still apply
  • Any refund consideration depends on work completed, assets delivered, and costs already incurred

Domain, hosting, and VPS

  • Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees paid to registrars are usually non-refundable once processed
  • Hosting and VPS plans activated with upstream providers may be non-refundable after provisioning begins
  • SSL, email, and infrastructure add-ons subject to third-party provider policies may not be reversible
  • Fresher IT BD can assist with cancellation requests but cannot override registrar or data-center refund rules

Custom development refunds

Refunds for website, ecommerce, SaaS, or automation projects depend on the stage of delivery. If no substantial work has started and no third-party costs were incurred, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion. Deposits for reserved capacity or rush schedules may be non-refundable.

Support and maintenance

Prepaid support blocks, retainers, or maintenance packages are non-refundable for unused hours once the billing period begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to request a review

To discuss a billing concern or refund request, email contact@fresheritbd.com or contact us via WhatsApp. Include your name, project reference, invoice details, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond during business hours.

Disputes

We prefer to resolve concerns directly and professionally. If a dispute arises, good-faith communication before escalation helps protect both parties and ongoing project assets.
